This is delicious but even with it made as low-fat as possible, it is still 6 Syns or 7 if using the Kalhua liqueur. I didn't have any Fromage Frais when I made this so I used Creme Fraiche (You can see in the photos) but that makes it 10 Syns so stick with the correct ingredients.

Instructions
  1. Gather all the ingredients together with four large wine glasses or serving bowls
  2. Mix the custard, fromage frais and vanilla extract together
  3. Break 4 of the sponge fingers in half and place in the bottom of the glasses and then pour a little of the strong coffee over them to soak up and also add the teaspoon of Kalhua if using (I think it makes a great difference)
  4. Spoon half of the custard mix over the sponge fingers then sprinkle a little cocoa powder
  5. Add the remaining (broken in half) sponge fingers along with a little more coffee and then add the final layer of custard mix
  6. Finish with a sprinkling of cocoa powder and grated chocolate. Chill in the fridge to firm up for 20 minutes then serve
