Love coleslaw but not sure what they put in the ones in the supermarket so here’s my own based upon the slimming world version. Dead easy if you have a food processor that does all the slicing/grating

Spicy Coleslaw

  • 0.5 Small White Cabbage
  • 3 Carrots Peeled
  • 4 Radish Thinly Sliced
  • 120 ml 0% fat plain Yoghurt
  • 1 Small Red Onions Thinly Sliced
  • 1 tsp Horseradish Sauce


  • So, either finely slice the carrot & cabbage & onion into thin shreds or just bung through your food processor.In a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt and horseradish sauce then mix thoroughly with the other ingredients.
