Celeriac chips
Very easy to make & tasty too
Prep Time 10 minutes minutes Cook Time 30 minutes minutes Total Time 40 minutes minutes
- 1 Celeriac
- tbsp Olive Oil
Take one celeriac root or as many as you need for enough chips and some olive oil.
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C
Peel the celeriac, I find it much easier to use a knife to chop the skin off, especially the "rooty" base
Cut into the size of chips you would like. Thick ones need longer cooking so make them all similar in thickness
Splash the oil on the chips and shake so they are all covered then tip onto a baking tray
Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes until starting to brown
