Ingredients
1Chicken Stock Pot
1tbspWholegrain mustard
1tspEnglish mustard
0.5tspOnion Granules or powder
1tbspCornflour
1tbspFromage Frais
Instructions
Add the stock pot, both mustards and onion granules to a small saucepan with about 100ml of cold water, heat and whisk until simmering and the stock pot has dissolved
Mix the cornflour with a little cold water and stir until liquid and then bit by bit, add to the simmering sauce whilst whisking. This will thicken the sauce nicely.
Stop adding the cornflour when the sauce is the consistency you want or add a little more water if it becomes too thick. Serve immediately as it can get lumpy if allowed to cool and re-heated
