Ingredients

  • 0.5 Small White Cabbage
  • 3 Carrots Peeled
  • 4 Radish Thinly Sliced
  • 120 ml 0% fat plain Yoghurt
  • 1 Small Red Onions Thinly Sliced
  • 1 tsp Horseradish Sauce

Instructions

  • So, either finely slice the carrot & cabbage & onion into thin shreds or just bung through your food processor. In a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt and horseradish sauce then mix thoroughly with the other ingredients.
