Sweet & Sour Peppers

Love Eton Mess and this is a slimming World friendly version of the same. The syns are only for the meringue, we use a nest per person at 2.5 syns but feel free to use less and make it “better” if you prefer.
If you’re like me, you’ll look at this and think it must be bland but I don’t “do” bland food so give it a go and see. Completely syn free too. Adapted from the Hairy Bikers diet cook book to make it even more healthy.

These idea for these syn-free onion rings came from Laura Anderson on Facebook and they’re a lovely crispy addition to a nice steak.
A “Petit” version of the traditional ratatouille which is a litte easier to eat and worth the chopping.
When I first saw cheese scones, I was sceptical because of their simplicity and use of powdered mash but decided to give them a go as they look great. I added some finely chopped chilli and they are syn free. You can still taste the powdered mash a little but they are a great accompaniment

My attempt at a low syn burger & chips. The basic burger & chips are free if you use the bread roll as your Healthy B Choice, adding flavourings, salad, dressing, dips etc will be additional Syns in many cases depending upon what you add.
